Every candidate event must pass four filters: Would a reasonable user expect it in a general Persian calendar? Is it an observance, not just a historical fact? Does it improve the calendar without adding noise? Can we explain why it belongs without special-case logic? If any answer is no, the event stays out.
In scope: well-known calendar observances, Persian literary and cultural commemorations, high-signal international observances, and selected public-reference national dates.
Out of scope: calendar filler, scattered historical anniversaries, routine birth/death dates, bulk unreviewed imports, and low-signal awareness days.
